Terms for coming aboard

1. Who runs the tour

These terms govern your use of islandcastletour.com ("Island Castle Tour", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of islandcastletour.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may ride the tour boat

You must be 19 or over to use Island Castle Tour, and by using it you are confirming that you are 19 or over.

3. Virtual tour coins

• Every coin in the games is handed out free.
• Coins are worth nothing in money, and they count as neither money, credit nor property.
• No coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the games contain no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is offered on the tour.
• Coins, levels and features can be altered or reset by us at any time.

4. The boat carries no real-money gambling

Island Castle Tour neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, nor does it carry links to gambling operators.

5. Your tour account

• Boathouse Bay and Rivermist Castle, the stops after the open one, need a free account. Keep to one account per person and never share it.
• Keep your password to yourself, and let us know at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• Your account can be deleted from your account page whenever you like. Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.
• An account used to disrupt the site, or one we think belongs to someone under 19, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account rather than owned by you, and they may be reset.

6. Fair conduct on deck

Do not disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, try to trade coins, or let anyone under 19 play on it.

7. When the boat sails, and our liability

We supply the site ‘as is’ and may change or take down any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law forbids limiting, and they leave your statutory rights as they are.

8. Law that governs the tour

Ontario’s provincial laws, with the federal laws of Canada as they apply in Ontario, govern these terms of passage.
